How to order?

You may place your order directly on this website. Click on "Shop" on the top menu to browse available items. Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout. 

Are the items on-hand?

All items that can be added to cart is available and on-hand. Unavailable items will be marked as "Sold Out" and cannot be added to cart.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to this link to get your bra size, then refer to the size chart on each item to choose which size is best for you. SIZES/FIT VARY PER PRODUCT, so be sure to check each one out when buying multiple styles. 

What is your packaging?

Your order is lovingly packaged in a kraft box. They are ready for gifting, too!

What are the modes of payment?

We accept BDO, BPI (via cash deposit or online transfer), and GCash payments. Order confirmation with payment details will be sent via email upon check out. We also accept Paypal & credit card payments through the website. 

How will my order/s be delivered?

We ship your orders via Sonic Express / LBC, or Mr. Speedy / Lalamove.

Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

  • P100 - Metro Manila 2-3 Days Delivery via Sonic Express
  • P130 - Metro Manila Same/Next Day Delivery via Mr. Speedy / Lalamove
  • P155 - Provincial 3-5 Days Delivery via Sonic Express
  • P200 - Provincial Delivery via LBC (Lead time varies)

Do you have a store?

We don’t have a store as we only operate online. We highly recommend checking the measurement guide on each item to ensure that you are getting the correct size.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Return/Exchange

  • Items may be exchanged for a different size/style, provided that shipping back and forth will be handled by the buyer. 
  • Customers are entitled to a refund ONLY if there is a defect in the quality of goods. Change of mind is NOT a reason to request for a refund.
  • Item/s must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, and free from odors and stains. We request that you return the item the same way you received them.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. 

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item and shipping of the new item, unless it is the seller's fault (wrong item delivered, damaged item delivered).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
